The worst service department I have ever seen. My truck has knots all over the 2 front Nitto tires at 28k miles. I was told it was my fault for not rotating them sooner yet the other 2 tires are showing the same issue less than a week after being rotated. You would think a warranty would mean something. Bought a 2015 Yellow Mustang on 30 March 2018. Beautiful car and immediate response to get the deal done. 6 April and we have a car issue that is something they knew about but failed to disclose. How do I know this? The salesman diagnosed the issue over the phone, so to my eyes you already knew about the issue but failed to disclose. Now, I can get zero response from the dealership and they want us to pay for the repair.

Spend 40k on a used truck and 2 days later service engine light comes on. Stan (salesman) told me the day before I purchased the truck that they would work with me if something like that was to occur. LIAR! So I made an appointment at 8:00 AM. I took my 2017 F250 in for its first service before I took it on a trip towing my 5th wheel trailer. I was told that normally they rotate the tires so I had them do that also. While on my trip it felt like I was fighting the wind, but when I got out for fuel I noticed there was no wind. I kept stopping checking my trailer and could find no issues. I brought my used King Ranch in for the 105K service that I purchased there in March today. I called for an appointment for 10AM. I had a coupon stating the service would be $39.95 which was stapled to the work order. I waited 1.5 hours and then they came in and said the front brake shoes needed emergency replacement and it would be another 1 to 1.5 hours. I had to go so I declined. After 3 attempt's to try and have my oil changed at Loganville Ford I can officially say I will never come back to this place!! The Service department staff is unfriendly and lazy. Even though they still had 3 hours before they closed they still turned away business. I ended up going right up the street to a different establishment and had my oil changed in 20 minutes!! They even offered us water and my children snacks.

Bought a used truck there. Within 2 days it showed dead skip on #5 cylinder. Very bad skip. Notified them immediately. We were out of state so did scan and replaced coil. That did not fix problem. I was completely fine with my sales guy then I got handed off to Max who is a very unprofessional and hot headed salesman. We purchased a new 2016 Ford Taurus in early January of this year. We decided to wax and clean the car at the end of February and noticed a small tear in the leather rear seat. We never sat in the rear or had anyone else in the car. Mike looked at the tear and without hesitation scheduled us to have it repaired. Not many people would have done this after so long a time. Inquired about a F-150 Raptor listed on Autotrader.com and received an email from the dealership stating vehicle was "aggressively priced at only $68,400" (which was the MRSP). Called and spoke with salesperson and then he informed me the vehicle was selling at a premium of $10,000 over MRSP (and their email quoted price) of $78,400. I consider this fraudulent advertising or an email phishing scam. Not a dealership I would do business with. Shame on them for wasting my time.

Test drove the Audi q7, said the vehicle had checked out well by the technician. Would not put in writing that the Audi would pass stated inspection. Flat tire, molding falling off. Did not know about state inspection if the vehicle would pass. If a Dealership is selling a car there should be a list of safety standards that the car must have passed. I forgot to mention in the sales review just what the service department at Loganville Ford has done to help my family the past few years. We had a non-Ford vehicle that was way, way overdue for an oil change and they squeezed it in during a busy lunch rush. Changed the oil, checked the other fluids and made sure the tires were good. Even received a neat form telling me the condition of my tires and how the alignment was. Very impressive for a small town store! Will continue to service my vehicles there - even my Mazda!
