The base level engine is a 3.7 liter V6 standard on the Fastback model and delivers 300 horsepower and 280 pounds of torque per foot. The EcoBoost Fastback Mustang is powered by a 2.3-liter engine that has 310 horsepower with 320 lb-ft torque ability. Taking a step up to the V8 engines, the Ford Mustang GT and GT Premium models that put out 435horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque. Last but not least, the powerful Shelby GT350 V8 engine. Buckle up because the 2017 Shelby GT350 delivers an impressive 526 horsepower and 429 lb-ft torque.
